Nutravita - leading health brand

Context

 

Nutravita is a UK-based supplements brand offering natural, UK-made products. While the company had gained traction on Amazon, direct sales through its own Shopify-powered ecommerce site were underperforming. With just a handful of products available online and limited visibility in search, Nutravita wanted to strengthen its brand presence and grow direct-to-consumer sales.

Challenge

 

Despite a strong product range, Nutravita’s website was generating very low sales and attracting minimal traffic. Key issues included:

 

  • Poor search engine indexing, meaning the site was almost invisible on Google.

  • Lack of trust signals, such as testimonials, policies, and clear returns information.

  • Negative third-party reviews ranking highly in search results.

  • No paid media activity to drive traffic or compete in a crowded market.

 

Action

 

​​Tight Lines conducted a full digital review and created a step-by-step plan to grow Nutravita’s online presence. Key actions included:

  • Website optimisation – improved product copy, clearer USPs, better homepage structure, legal compliance (Ts&Cs, privacy notice, returns).

  • Search strategy – fixing metadata, ensuring indexing, and creating SEO-friendly content through a consistent blog.

  • Conversion improvements – introducing testimonials, optimising pricing display, and cross-selling products.

  • Brand building & trust – recommendations for customer video reviews, PR to address negative press, and influencer outreach.

  • Growth tactics – competitions and email capture for customer acquisition, plus PPC campaigns and Google Shopping setup to drive traffic.

The project provided Nutravita with a clear digital roadmap to shift from Amazon-dependence to a stronger direct-to-consumer model. The strategy set the foundation for:

 

  • Increased website visibility in search results.

  • Higher consumer trust and stronger brand credibility.
