As part of UK Small Business Week 2026, I’m offering a small number of free 30-minute Marketing Reality Check sessions for businesses across Sussex.

I work as a Fractional CMO and Interim Marketing Director for B2B companies and founder-led businesses, usually when marketing either isn’t properly owned or no longer reflects what the business has become.
A lot of businesses don’t suddenly develop “a marketing problem”.
Services evolve. Teams grow. Sales processes become more complicated. Different types of customers start coming in. The business itself moves forward, but the marketing often still reflects an earlier version of the company.
You can normally spot when a marketing reality check is needed.
The website no longer properly explains what the business actually does.
Different people inside the company describe it differently.
Marketing activity has built up over the years, but nobody’s fully sure what’s genuinely driving enquiries anymore.
Growth starts feeling harder than it should.
That’s normally the point businesses bring somebody like me in.
The sessions are basically a chance to get an experienced outside perspective on what may have drifted, what’s probably holding things back, and where to focus first.
No long audit process. No generic report afterwards. Just a practical conversation about the business, the marketing, and where things may no longer be lining up properly.
Although I mainly work with B2B companies and agencies, the sessions are open to any Sussex business wanting honest feedback on their marketing during Small Business Week.
If you'd like to book a session, feel free to get in touch.
